Client Testimonials

"Ringo did whatever he had to do, to sell my house. He walked me through all my options and came up with the best solution for me. He made a stressful situation easy to manage and that is very important to me."  - Chelsea

"Your service cannot be ranked as mere 'good'. Choose your pick - great, excellent, outstanding, cut above... But the truth is - it is not our words, it is your results that keeps you the top agent. A lot of people have told us that we are lucky to have sold our house this quickly in this economy. More than luck we sincerely believe it was because we had a hard working agent on our side." - John and Shara

As you know I was in the land development/home building business for 17 years and can honestly say you have been one of the most knowledgeable and professional sales agents I have met. Your understanding of the market and my requirements made the process very smooth and successful." - Peter Kiesecker

"You exhibited the utmost in professionalism and honesty and made the entire process a pleasant and painless experience. We would highly recommend you to any of our friends and family, in fact, we already have!" - Edward Fong and Sabrina Chang

"Your guidance and support through the process made the difference in completingthe transaction or just waiting for another opportunity. It was truly a pleasure being involved with you during the process."  -Troy Tollen

"A cross country move is certainly stressful. However, your professionalism and great attitude made the sale of our house go smoothly and swiftly which was a huge help." - Susan Dalton

"Ringo is a super agent.  He did EVERYTHING and the extra work was priced at cost or less. We got 4 offers after first open house with most over asking. Fast!  He will make the place look amazing, irresistible. I wanted to move back in after seeing his staging. The house flyer rocked too..." - William Thibault

"Ringo brings a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market combined with a creative marketing strategy to his clients... he was able to help us strategically price our home and it sold within two weeks above the asking price. Ringo also kept us informed daily on the progress and walked us through every step that needed to be taken. We certainly could not have selected a more knowledgeable enthusiastic and personable real estate agent." -Tom and Vicki Powers

"We first met Ringo Liu when he represented the seller when we bought our house back in 2003. At that time, we had our own realtor and we were very happy with her. Our realtor and Ringo worked well together to make our purchase transaction go smoothly for both parties. Fast forward to today; over 9 years later, after both of us spent almost a year unemployed, we faced the grim reality of losing our house. We needed advice on short sales, current market conditions and more, so we decided to call Ringo. Rather than just helping us do a short sale (he would have made a nice commission) he asked a lot of important questions, then came back to us a day later with several eye-opening observations and recommendations. Net result: Ringo helped us keep our home, helped us successfully obtain a favorable loan modification package, and even helped us have the property tax assessment on our house re-done, saving us a considerable amount on the taxes. He didn't make a commission on any of this; he did it unselfishly because he wanted to "do right" by us. He is so much more than "just an agent" - he is a complete real estate professional and a wonderful human being. Someday, sooner or later, we will probably sell this house and by another (probably smaller) one, and Ringo will DEFINITELY be our guy. We can recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs real estate help from a knowledgeable, trustworthy professional, one who does what is best for his clients in the long term. He could have made a quick buck by helping us do a short sale, but he felt strongly that we would regret losing our home and that we had the ability to hold on to it, and he was right. I might expect this kind of help and great advice from one of my closest friends; but getting it from a realtor whom we had worked with briefly nine years before, and didn't really know that well, was truly a blessing. We were very lucky to have met Ringo when we did."  - Michael Kempel
