Search for rental listings that will suit your needs or Print the Rental List.

Drive by those properties that may be of interest to you. This will help you get a better idea of what is available at what price and better acquaint you with the community of Alameda. Additionally it will save you time by eliminating the properties and areas that may not interest you.

Once you have located a property or two of interest, call 510.523.1166 to schedule an appointment with a rental consultant to view the properties.
Note: Any tenant occupied property will need a minimum of 24-hour notice for access.
Our agents may be scheduled as far as 48 hours in advance. (Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days). Please schedule early in the week for Friday and Saturday appointments. Our office is closed on Sunday.
It will expedite the process greatly if you take the time to complete the Rental Application as soon as possible. Once completed, your application will be kept on file for 90 days and can be applied to any property.
